Joseph F. Galate, M.D. specializes in pain management and physical rehabilitation. Dr. Galate attended Rockhurst College in Kansas City, Missouri earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Upon graduation, he went on to receive his Medical Doctorate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He then performed a one year internship in General Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. This was followed by a three year residency in Physiatry at the University Hospitals and Clinics in Columbia, Missouri. Dr. Galate is a specialist and Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He has additionally received Board Certification in Pain Management. Services provided include coordination of physical therapy regimens, medical management of pain, electrodiagnostic testing, as well as epidural and other therapeutic injections.
